Service & Warranty
At Ledlenser GCC we take extraordinary measures to make sure your Ledlenser product will give you many years of dependable service. If the product has a defect in material or workmanship, don't worry! We will gladly repair or replace it, at our discretion, with one of equal or greater value under our 7-year guarantee. This warranty does not cover abuse, alteration, theft, loss, or unauthorized and/or unreasonable use of your Ledlenser product.
All Ledlenser products purchased from an authorized reseller are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for 7 years from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover sheaths, accessories, imprinting, or color finishes. Ledlenser has a non-transferable warranty. Ledlenser will repair or replace, at our option, any Ledlenser product due to defects in materials or workmanship. This is the only condition covered by Ledlenser warranty. Ledlenser GCC is not liable for incidental or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.

Step 1: Contact Us
You must tell us by email message that you would like to return Goods, specifying exactly what goods and when purchased, and giving full details of the defect or other reason for return. We will then issue a returns note. If you send Goods to us without a returns note, we may not be able to identify sufficient details to enable us to attend to your complaint.
In returning faulty Goods please enclose goods with it a note clearly stating the fault and when it arises or arose.
Step 2: Package the Light Securely
Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lights that never reach us. Please be sure to send your warranty repair via an insured and trackable service where delivery confirmation can be obtained if necessary. Do not ship us your sheath or accessories.
