Delivery Charges

• Flat Rate: AED 20.00 on orders between AED 0.00–AED 99.00

• Free Shipping: On all orders of AED 100.00 and above

Delivery Timeframes

We aim to deliver all orders within 3–5 working days from the date your order is placed. Please note that delivery times may vary slightly during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery Details

• All deliveries will be made by our selected carrier to the address provided during checkout.

• It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and sign for the goods.

• All deliveries must be signed for by an adult aged 18 years or older. If no eligible recipient is present, the driver may retain the goods and attempt delivery at another time.

Risk and Responsibility

• Goods remain our responsibility until they have been delivered and signed for at the delivery address.

• If items are damaged in transit, do not accept the delivery. Please notify us immediately so we can arrange a replacement.

• Signing "Unchecked" or similar is not accepted as valid proof of delivery condition.

Manufacturer-Direct Deliveries

Some items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer. In such cases, you will be contacted to arrange delivery and the manufacturer's delivery policy may apply.

In-Store Pickup

You may choose to collect your order from our shop/warehouse. This must be arranged in advance, and full payment must be received before collection. Once collected, the goods are your responsibility, including any damages that may occur off-site.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Please double-check your billing and shipping details before placing your order. Once an order is confirmed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations, including adjustments to styles, colours, or sizes.
